Terms of service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms apply to your use of ASAP Golf (asap.golf), including its testing environment. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to conor@conorfitz.com.

What the service provides

ASAP Golf helps you compare tee-time listings, prices, drive estimates and weather, and coordinate rounds with friends. We are an information and planning service. A listing, saved alert, poll, vote or suggested round does not reserve a tee time.

Bookings and estimates

You book with the course or linked booking provider. That provider sets availability, eligibility, minimum party size, taxes, fees, payment, cancellation and refund rules. Confirm the final details with the provider before booking or travelling.

Listings can change or become unavailable between checks. An unavailable feed does not mean a course is sold out. Drive times, weather, busyness indicators and AI suggestions are estimates and may be incomplete or incorrect. Check current conditions and allow appropriate travel time.

Accounts and shared content

Provide accurate information, protect your account and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the information and links you choose to share. Only submit invitation details and other personal information you have permission to use. Group and poll features make relevant names, availability, notes and votes visible to other participants or people with the shared link.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You allow ASAP Golf and its service providers to store, process and display that content as needed to deliver the features you use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass others, impersonate someone, submit unlawful content, gain unauthorized access, defeat access controls or disrupt the service or its data providers. Automated access must respect the limits and access requirements of the route being used.

Availability and third-party services

We may change, pause or remove features, especially in testing. We may restrict access that threatens security or violates these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy or completeness of third-party listings. External services have their own terms and policies; ASAP Golf does not control their booking decisions or performance.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy policy explains how the service handles information. You may stop using the service at any time. For account closure, data requests or questions about these terms, contact conor@conorfitz.com.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively; rights you have under applicable law remain in effect.
